My paintings are predominantly pastel, acrylic and oil;
sized small 5" x 7" to large 40" x 60". These are inspirational, fun, colorful works that create
beauty in the ordinary or functional things that we see each day. I want to encourage everyone to look on the bright side
giving ourselves the present of awareness and precious moments that make our eyes smile with a visual vacation,
a joyful celebration of the "regular". My
work is impressionistic in both creation and outlook. Capturing a feeling or a moment in time and the challenge of a flat
surface or an unformed mass is the impetus for my creations. It is the intense exercise that can seemingly stop time; the
poetry and the music that an artist breathes through their hands. I
endeavor to create an inspiration through my art and in our meeting. I have been honored with several
one woman shows , juried in art fairs, and first place/honorable mentions. I am presently selling both orginal art, giclee' prints ,regular prints in various frameable sizes, and a
variety of cards. You may look at more of my artwork on the etsy site titled Cruzin Nana's Art.You will find the information
regarding prices, sizes and frames on the Cruzin Nana's site.
